Dr. Niki Fowler is a technology innovator, senior military leader, entrepreneur, and mental wellness mentor with 18 years of experience across federal service, defense, and mission-driven innovation.
As the Founder of Corevation, LLC, she develops intelligent technologies that empower individuals and organizations, including MENDmate™, a digital therapy-homework platform, and PostAgent™, an AI-powered social media automation tool. She previously founded CognitV Solutions, partnering with Texas Christian University’s (TCU) Computer Science Department to develop AI-integrated, real-time adaptive exposure therapy in virtual reality. Dr. Niki brings a rare blend of systems thinking, data-driven leadership, and human-centered design to complex, real-world challenges.

At the Federal Aviation Administration, she has led high-impact technical teams, developed data-driven tools for executive oversight, authored strategy and policy for senior leaders and congressional stakeholders, and advanced enterprise-wide initiatives supporting risk-informed operations. She is recognized as an expert in survey design and development, producing insights that shape policy and executive decision-making.
Her work has improved organizational effectiveness, streamlined complex workflows, and reinforced a culture of safety and accountability across the aviation system. Known for integrating systems thinking with human-centered leadership, she contributes to modernization efforts that enhance both the FAA's mission and the broader public good.
Military Leadership
Dr. Fowler's military journey began at eighteen at the New Mexico Military Institute, where she developed discipline, resilience, and leadership foundations that shaped her career. She earned an appointment to the U.S. Air Force Academy, graduating in 2008 with a degree in Systems Engineering and a concentration in astronautical engineering. Her Air Force career spans launch operations, satellite communications, aircraft engineering oversight, and advanced technology programs, including directing a 60-member launch team supporting the Atlas V Rocket program and national security space missions.
Her later roles expanded into aircraft and technology oversight for the nation's most advanced fighter programs, reflecting technical mastery, mission execution, and strategic leadership. She most recently served at the Pentagon guiding innovation, research integration, and technology transition efforts. She now directly advises the Defense Contract Management Agency Fixed Wing Fort Worth Commander as his Reserve counterpart, supporting mission execution and modernization initiatives.
