Dr. Fowler's military journey began at eighteen at the New Mexico Military Institute, where she developed discipline, resilience, and leadership foundations that shaped her career. She earned an appointment to the U.S. Air Force Academy, graduating in 2008 with a degree in Systems Engineering and a concentration in astronautical engineering. Her Air Force career spans launch operations, satellite communications, aircraft engineering oversight, and advanced technology programs, including directing a 60-member launch team supporting the Atlas V Rocket program and national security space missions.
Her later roles expanded into aircraft and technology oversight for the nation's most advanced fighter programs, reflecting technical mastery, mission execution, and strategic leadership. She most recently served at the Pentagon guiding innovation, research integration, and technology transition efforts. She now directly advises the Defense Contract Management Agency Fixed Wing Fort Worth Commander as his Reserve counterpart, supporting mission execution and modernization initiatives.
